I really believe therapy should be a place where you can just be—without having to explain yourself, filter what you’re feeling, or change parts of who you are to be understood. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as you make sense of whatever you’re going through at your own pace. As someone who is part of the queer community, creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ folks is really important to me.
