Together, we can work to increase awareness of current stressors, learn how your past experiences have shaped who you are today, and to more efficiently cope with the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that often contribute to feeling distress.
Each of us has unique needs so I tailor my approach accordingly, but I will always will provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and objective perspective. I utilize a variety of evidence based practices such as DBT, EMDR, and Progressive Counting that can assist you in meeting your treatment needs and goals.
