Hello, I’m Sky, a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) at Meadowbrook Counseling. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University with a focus on clinical mental health. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered. I take a holistic approach to therapy, supporting emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and often incorporate mindfulness into our work together.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in private practice, residential, and intensive outpatient settings, supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I draw on approaches like motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
