I am passionate about working with individuals with chronic stress, anxiety, self-doubt, burn out, and relationship difficulties. My clients are often experiencing major life shifts/changes. They are people pleasers, caregivers, helpers and highly sensitive individuals who want to improve how they feel but have trouble prioritizing themselves. They want to uncover the hidden version of their best self and are ready to build confidence, practice self-compassion, improve their relationships and put their needs first.
Through a unique process of self-reflection, insight, collaboration, and empowerment, I help clients tap into their confidence and potential. This involves uncovering life patterns, assessing the interplay between emotions and experiences, improving personal insight, and practicing new healthy thoughts and behaviors that will support achieving personal goals
I meet my clients with patience, support and compassion, creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment. My approach is eclectic; I use varying therapeutic techniques tailored to support my client’s needs in the moment. I provide tele-health services and offer flexible scheduling. If you’d like to work together, email me to schedule your free consult.
