*PM/weekend slots available. Trauma, loss, identity + aging impact people in different ways. Do you often feel detached or numb? Do you avoid thinking about the past or self-medicate? Are you concerned about your child? Do you often find yourself in difficult relationships? Are you concerned about your memory? Do you feel sad or anxious a lot? Are you "stuck" in the same pattern? Do you have trouble trusting people? Are you irritable most of the time? Do you feel like you do not know yourself or your purpose? Do you feel incomplete or want meaning in life? If you answered yes to any, I believe that I could be a good fit for you.

As a psychologist, I received 10 yrs of training + education in the field of psychology and 7 yrs of practice. I have gained extensive experience in working with trauma, loss, identity, + aging/health issues. These issues can become unconscious causing problems in relationships/life and can make you feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, depressed, +/or numb.

I believe that treatment works best when it is suited to your unique personality and needs. Therefore, I use a unique and highly effective multi-modal approach to therapy. Grounded in contemporary relational/interpersonal dynamic theories, I integrate existential, trauma/gender-focused, cognitive behavioral, + mind/body techniques into your therapy.
