I specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, addiction recovery, anxiety, PTSD and codependency. You may look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Perhaps you keep repeating the same relationship patterns, struggle with self-worth, or turn to unhealthy coping strategies despite your best efforts to change. These patterns often begin as adaptations to difficult experiences and become wired into the nervous system. Using EMDR and trauma-informed therapy, I help clients heal the root causes—not just manage the symptoms.

I help you move beyond insight by working directly with your nervous system, body, and core beliefs. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, and experiential approaches—including equine sessions—we focus on real change, not just understanding.
