Every client is unique and I work to value each client's uniqueness. I work to tailor therapy to allow for me to meet your needs as best as possible. One of my areas which I emphasize in my practice is trauma-informed therapy. Regardless of if you have experienced trauma or not, I always approach you with this perspective. This perspective identifies that your concerns are not a flaw of yourself as a person, they are a result of what has happened to you. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, emotionally safe space for my clients.
I provide individual therapy to teens and adults. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and I am able to provide affirming therapy and therapy that focuses on these specific concerns. I am also a trauma therapist, and I can provide EMDR to those who are interested.
