Taking steps towards healing and self-discovery can be daunting, especially when it means asking for help. With over ten years of experience, I meet with patients virtually throughout California and New York. I am specialized in working with LGBTQIA+ populations, religious trauma, anxiety, and health related concerns.
Using a relational lens, we'll work together to identify patterns and stuck points that may be impacting your life and sense of security. Our goal is for you to feel grounded in yourself, your relationships, and have greater emotional clarity. I aim to meet you where you are and discuss your individual needs as we approach treatment together.
