Welcome! I view therapy as a means by which we can increase curiosity about ourselves and the world around us. We'll work together to identify patterns and stuck points that may be impacting your relationships, work, school, and other parts of your life. Taking steps towards healing and self-discovery can be daunting. As a therapist, I work to create a safe, supportive space in which you feel secure in exploring the parts of your life that may feel overwhelming. Whether you are coming to therapy for self-exploration or for a specific concern, I look forward to being part of your healing journey.
I believe therapy should be an inclusive space in which you are safe to explore all areas of your life without fear of judgment. I work primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety, processing of life transitions and relational concerns, and trauma. I am specialized in health psychology, LGBTQIA+ populations, and religious trauma.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation. During this conversation, we will discuss your goals, my approach to therapy, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. We will then decide together if we are a good fit to help you to move towards your goals. I hope to hearing from you soon!
