I specialize in working with eating disorders, self-esteem, trauma, depression & anxiety, OCD, and life transitions. I take an eclectic approach to counseling, utilizing interventions from IFS, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic therapy, DBT, attachment theory, and others while working with clients through a feminist, person-centered lens.
