I specialize in working with life transitions, eating disorders, self-esteem, trauma, sex and sexuality, depression, and anxiety. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing interventions from IFS, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic therapy, DBT, attachment theory, and others while working with clients through a feminist, person-centered lens.
