Hello everyone! My name is Skylar Rossy (pronouns: he/him/his) and I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker with Seeds of Growth Counseling. My goal is to support you with self-empowerment and growth as we navigate difficult emotions and life stressors together.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness and person-centered techniques, trauma-informed and gender-affirming care, feedback-informed treatment, narrative therapy, and play therapy. I specialize in supporting folks regarding Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationships, Life Transitions, and navigating queer and transgender identities.
