I love helping clients explore their sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I specialize in Sex and Intimacy Therapy, LGBTQ+ therapy, Kink/BDSM and consensual non-monogamy. Many clients want support in creating intimacy and connection within relationships or navigating differences in sexual desires. Some folks need help with sexual dysfunction, sexual pain, healing from sexual trauma, low/high libido, and creating healthy boundaries in non-monogamous relationships. All sexual challenges, interests and questions are welcome!
I am a holistic therapist and will engage the bio, psycho, social, spiritual, and sexual parts of you. My approach is empathic, compassionate and non-judgmental. I teach healthy coping skills & provide guidance through uncomfortable feelings, trauma, and identity challenges. Our journey together will result in healing and higher states of self-awareness.
