Are you longing to navigate life's challenges with more clarity and meaning? Are you curious if therapy can help? In my experience, it is transformative to be heard, supported, and sometimes challenged by a therapist. My relational and existential approach is warm, creative, and non-judgmental. We will work carefully and efficiently, following your emotional safety first and foremost. I most often support mid-life adults and younger adults wrestling to accept life on life's terms and to be in more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves.
I see psychotherapy as a digestive enzyme that helps people digest all that life has brought them. We can live with more resiliency, self-expression, and clarity if we can be in better relationship with ourselves and those around us. My approach is attuned, intelligent, and caring.
I know starting therapy or stepping back into it can have an “opening a can of worms” feeling. Together, we will thoughtfully embark on a therapeutic approach that will best serve your needs in a way that feels safe to you.
