You’ve always known you're different: you're fast thinking, creative, and over-stimulated. As a child, you may have been the daydreamer, a procrastinator, fidgety, or the one who could do everything except focus when it mattered. You may be late diagnosed with ADHD and you’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself through effort & perfectionism. I'm neurodivergent, so I've lived the pain. I work with adults who grew up masking, people-pleasing, or pushing past their limits. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are; it’s about understanding your wiring, building nervous system resilience, and creating a life that feels authentic.

My style is warm, structured, and grounded. I balance new awareness with practical skill development so clients leave sessions with both clarity and concrete tools. I use Somatic Experiencing & attachment-based tools to help you process symptoms of trauma that may be held in your nervous system. I use Dr Cacciatore's ATTEND model with those processing grief.
