I like working with a variety of people and helping guide them through life's stresses. I especially enjoy teaching others how to set boundaries, build their self esteem and work towards their goals. I strive to make my clients feel safe and comfortable while sharing their thoughts, feelings, traumas, hopes and dreams.
My objective is to teach clients coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, anger, grief and encourage them to connect with their support system. I have helped individuals manage their mental health, couples overcome relationship difficulties and families reconnect utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy and the Strengths Perspective.
