I am an LGBTQIA+ celebratory therapist. I specialize in working with teens (14+) and adults, creating a space where you can feel seen, accepted, and supported, as you explore who you are and how you connect with others. You might feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or constantly second-guessing yourself—especially in relationships. Maybe you're unsure how to feel more confident being yourself or how to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity exploration, or relational challenges, I would be honored to be a resource in your journey.

I aim to create a safe space for you to come into our work as your most authentic self. Clients describe me as authentic, encouraging, non-judgmental, and inclusive. As a queer therapist, I take pride in providing LGBTQIA+ affirming services. I'm EMDR-trained and a music therapist, offering body-based healing, when words are just not enough.
