These are extraordinary times filled with grief, uncertainty, and possibility. Finding the right person to walk alongside you can provide a deep sense of connection, support, and guidance. I offer a holding space that is gentle and loving, bearing witness to the human experience and bringing presence to whatever may arise during these transitions of life. My treatment model is a compassionate and collaborative one, embracing a strong therapeutic alliance at its core. My work however, is not a passive one. I will direct when necessary to help you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck.
I tailor my work to meet your individual need, and my experiences working with grief and trauma in therapeutic settings, community mental health, and in academic teaching allow me to pull from a variety of learned modalities integrating somatics, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, ecotherapy, and ritual.
The foundation of a safe therapeutic space allows for curious exploration into those areas that might otherwise get us stuck. Further, it is the place from which you can establish attainable goals, identify obstacles, and bring greater presence and joy to your journey. I look forward to taking this journey with you. Please note I do not accept insurance.
