Throughout my career, I have worked with clients walking through anxiety, life transitions, grief, and terminal illness and primarily work with women who deal with these issues. Through my time working in this profession, I have also been involved in ministry ranging in different capacities and have learned so much through my own walk with my community and the Lord. My heart and hope for this practice come from Isaiah 41, showing we all are in need, but God will provide, turning dust, despair, into beauty and life.
My hope is to take the knowledge and practicalities I have and continue to learn and put them into practical ways to help my clients, all with the understanding that Christ is the only way hope can be found. I have experience using CBT, ACT, and client focused therapies. I also hope to bring a unique perspective, as I am a Native American.
