Whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief, or self-esteem - addiction, body image, love, or relationships - I am here to listen, normalize, and help you move through whatever you need to in order to feel the relief you crave.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are willing to show up for themselves. While I prefer an eclectic approach, I tend to pull from CBT, DBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic theories. No matter what type of therapy I'm practicing, my goal is to meet my clients where they're at with warmth and understanding.
It takes courage to open up about the difficult thinking, emotions, and behaviors we tend to experience.
