I am a neuro-affirming clinician that believes that people are capable of growth and healing. Majority of my clients initially seek therapy because they are going through major life transitions such as graduating from school, changing careers, or having a new baby. For over a decade, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender identity, spirituality, metaphysical exploration, parenting, grief, and managing everyday stress.
My eclectic approach combines conversational style with holistic and solution-focused intervention techniques to develop a relaxed but functional therapeutic relationship. I utilize both holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to consider all of the interconnected parts of my clients' inner selves.
My goal is for my clients to feel relief, supported without judgement, and hopeful about their futures. I consider myself to be an intuitive and abstract thinker which influences how I connect with my clients. I like to work with my clients to explore and uncover the roots of their challenges and identify patterns that may not be immediately visible.
