I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), which means that one’s thoughts evoke emotions that drives one’s behaviors. Therapy focuses on a person’s thoughts, presumptions, cognitive distortions, emotion regulation, and behavioral changes. I also specialize in Cognitive Sports Performance Therapy for athletes.
