About
Full at this time. Asking for help takes great strength and courage. Life and all its moving parts present unforeseen challenges and you do not have to face them alone. Whether you are grappling with anxiety and/or depression, struggling to make important decisions, or want to shed what no longer serves you, together we can make sense of it. It would be my honor to get to know the authentic you; alternative relationships, consensual/ethical non-monogamy, geeky hobbies, gaming, streaming, hiking, and other important aspects of your world.
I have eleven years of combined education and clinical experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan in a variety of settings. My specialties include working with individuals (adolescents and adults) with anxiety, depression, and individuals who are neurodiverse (ADHD, ASD). My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative.
My office is a judgment-free environment where you are free to be yourself and focus on the things you want to change.
