My approach is grounded in existential phenomenology. I hold a master's degree in this tradition, centering on the study of lived human experience. I integrate existential counseling and depth psychology to address your unique concerns. Together, we explore your deeper questions to build the understanding and tools to move forward with clarity and purpose.
