Currently accepting new clients for in person sessions. I believe we all have good in us and deserve to live our best life. Life is a struggle and we can all benefit from a safe place to talk. Therapy can be difficult, challenging, but also freeing and rewarding. I offer a safe place to discuss hard things and to process traumatic things. Life can be hard and we all just need a listening ear. I will be your biggest advocate but also will not just tell you what you want to hear.
I offer a safe affirming, non-judgmental environment to process and heal from your experiences. I love to work with clients who are neurodivergent or LGBTQIA2S+ and clients that have a sense of humor. Some sessions you will cry, some you will laugh, some you will be tired during, but it is all part of a process that I would love to be with you for.
Therapy is an inviting place where every single part of you is welcome, even the parts that are uncomfortable to share. I believe in empathy, unconditional regard, and honesty even if its hard. I believe everyone should be treated equally, with respect and believe that it may be a hard road but everyone can and deserve to heal.
