Currently accepting new clients as of 11/15/2022 for in person sessions. I believe we all have good in us and deserve to live our best life. Life is a struggle and we can all benefit from a therapeutic relationship. If this is your first time seeking counseling welcome! If you are returning to counseling then welcome back! It can sometimes take a few tries to find the right person and match for yourself. Therapy can be difficult and enjoyable. It is a safe place to discuss hard things and to process traumatic events. Life can be hard and we all just need a listening ear. I will be your biggest advocate and biggest pain in the rear.
I have experience working with a very diverse group of people. I have worked with clients who suffer from severe mental illness, clients who are actively suicidal, and clients that have severe trauma histories. I offer a safe affirming, non-judgmental environment to process and heal from your experiences.
Therapy is an inviting place where every single part of you is welcome, even the parts that are uncomfortable to share. I believe in empathy, unconditional regard, and honesty even if its hard. I believe everyone should be treated equally, with respect and believe that it may be a hard road but everyone can heal and deserve to heal.
