Available to schedule for children, couples, and individual clients. If you are looking for a therapist who is dedicated to support you, you've come to the right place. By carefully controlling the size of my caseload, I'm able to provide high quality therapy service and a very flexible schedule. If you are looking for healing, growth, inspiration, and self-challenge, I'm ready to fully support you to start this journey. If your child needs a therapist who can unconditionally support them and help their caregivers to build a better relationship with them, I'll be their best advocate.
I have specialized knowledge and adopt Play Therapy (CCPT), Gottman Method, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). In addition, I have extensive knowledge in psychology, sociology, philosophy, and art which allow me to better empathize with my clients and provide diverse therapy experiences.
My availability is Saturday and Sunday. 10 am to 8pm. I accept Cigna (EAP), Aetna, and self-pay, and I provide both in-person therapy and telehealth.
