I am the founder of Playful Minds Counseling, which is proud to be a therapist-owned practice serving Washington State. We are strong advocates for social justice and are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for everyone. We provide accessible, culturally responsive mental health services that honor each individual's unique experiences and identities. We strive to foster community and connection where individuals feel supported and understood. We treat a host of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, CPTSD, grief, gender identity, parenting, relational issues, attachment, chronic pain and illness, sexuality, neurodiversity, PTSD, and more! We also serve marginalized communities with respect and dignity, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ communities. We also provide clinical supervision .
