The foundation of my therapeutic approach is based entirely upon being in connection with and curious about clients. A strong and respectful relationship and connection between a therapist and a client is the prerequisite for a positive outcome or positive outcomes for a client.

I call my practice Acorn to Oak Therapy. I work with clients to tend to and support both the acorns (the parts of you with potential, still wanting to incubate or waiting to take seed) and the oak tree (the parts of you deeply imbedded, grown, and sturdily expressed).

After a 15 minute phone consultation, I offer a 30-45 minute no-fee Initial Meeting. It's important to be picky when choosing a therapist. A strong and positive connection between a client and their psychotherapist is essential for positive outcomes for clients.
