I'm passionate about working with people who desire to learn, reflect, and grow even if it's hard to find the motivation or energy to do so.

I am strengths-based and person-centered. Together we will create a plan that suits your individual needs, strengths, and goals. My technique focuses on individuals as a whole - the intersectionality of your identities, beliefs, and values and how best to work the life and relationships you desire within your personal framework.

I utilize therapeutic modalities in ACT, mindfulness-based CBT & DBT, Somatic practices, and IFS. No matter what stage of life you are in, there is always room to grow.
