I’m Karman, a therapist who helps adults and teens 16+ heal past hurts, ease anxiety, and grow into more grounded, connected versions of themselves. My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, creating a supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

I’m passionate about working with people who feel disconnected from their authentic self, often because of relational wounds, anxiety, or the pressure to hold everything together. I work in a way that’s conversational and reflective, exploring the deeper patterns that shape your life while also offering gentle guidance and practical support.

My work is guided by the Finnish concept of Sisu—an inner strength and perseverance we can draw on in the hardest moments. I believe every person carries this capacity, and therapy helps you reconnect with it.
