Hi, I’m Chloe. I work with women who feel stretched thin by anxiety, relationship stress, people-pleasing, major life transitions, or the ongoing weight of chronic health concerns. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but exhausted from overthinking, carrying too much emotionally, or constantly questioning themselves. Together, we’ll work on building self-trust, responding to stress more intentionally, improving boundaries and relationships, and making changes that feel right for your life.
