About
Life can be hard and challenging at times. Those times can often come with much confusion when we are faced with situations that overwhelm our thoughts and emotions. I will be right there to help you reclaim your life and find manageable tools for daily life. You will have a safe space where we are able to navigate through the situations in life. I create a safe place where you can navigate inner fears, learn ways to cope with symptoms that interfere with daily life, or just a place to release pain. When you are ready to take the journey of inner healing, I will be there to guide you along with offering proven tools that work.
The therapeutic practices that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Directed Outcome, Conflict Resolution Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I also focus on Relationship Awareness and Healing.
I understand that taking the step to reach out to a professional in regard to mental health wellness can be a huge first step. Please do not think that you have to go through life alone; suffering from issues surrounding depression, anxiety or anything else that has been debilitating in your life. You can also focus on life and career goals and growth.
