Logic and emotion don't always agree, and when they clash you might find yourself repeatedly making "rational" decisions that just don't seem to work.
I will help you integrate your mind's logic with your emotional reality. We can approach this with traditional talk therapy, or by using the trauma-focused therapy EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), or a combination of both.
