I help people with these issues along with complex trauma & misophonia (sound sensitivity). I work with adults and teens. My focus- trauma, Highly Sensitive People, anxiety syndromes, Misophonia, & Mind-Body Syndromes also known as Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS) - chronic pain, IBS, Fibromyalgia, fatigue, female pelvic pain such as Vulvodynia. I am fascinated in neuroplasticity, how our brains can change, and how we can heal from these syndromes!
In my sessions I pull from multiple therapy modalities. I am a Certified Trauma Professional and am fully trained in EMDR and like using it for limiting self-beliefs and trauma.
