Hi there, I am glad you are here. I approach everyone as a fellow human & use my bubbly personality, genuine curiosity, & compassion to develop rapport. My specialities include grief, loss, life transitions, sexuality, and neurodivergence. My framework for each session is the following: What is happening here; What would help; What would bring more insight, presence, and awareness that could be productive towards what the patient is trying to achieve. Well, what does that look like? I am a participatory, curious, and creative therapist. And, hey, we might even laugh along the way together.

We will collaborate to find a way to invite joy back into your life. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your journey together. I spent a decade in the hospital-setting with range of patients. Today my practice is primarily focused on kids and adults struggling with grief and loss (existentialism), sexuality (LGBTQ+), and neurodivergence (ADHD).

Functional mental health is vital for navigating the inevitable transitions of life. The research shows effective and meaningful therapy outcomes is due to the realness of the working relationship of the therapist and patient. AKA: when YOU feel a connection with your shrink.
