Asking for help is difficult. I know that from my own experience. As a therapist, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore issues contributing to your unhappiness or dissatisfaction. My clients arrive in therapy coping with life transitions, personal/family trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and self esteem concerns. Together we work not only toward developing healthy coping skills, but toward healing for a sense of purpose. Together we create a space where clients are able to address issues directly and develop solutions to move forward towards the lives they envision for themselves.
I specialize in working with women experiencing hardship and transitions. While I am experienced working with people of varying backgrounds and identities, I am well versed in working with people of color and individuals who contend with microaggressions and systems that challenge wellness.
By supporting clients in setting a vision for what they want and identifying what is keeping them from their vision I aim to provide solutions to assist in ultimately moving beyond trauma/crisis. I'm here to provide space for you to voice what is holding you back from living your desired life. Let's get started.
