Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need someone in our corner. I am committed to supporting individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families on your paths to healing and wellness. Believing that clients are experts of their lives, I work collaboratively to help you achieve your goals. My practice focuses on establishing strong, trust-based therapeutic relationships. I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to express themselves, fostering meaningful dialogue and effective strategies for overcoming challenges.
I am passionate about working with children and adolescents through life transitions, behavioral concerns, and trauma recovery. Additionally, I support families, couples, and adults facing relationship conflicts and life changes, fostering healthy relationships. As a veteran, I work with service members navigating transitions and processing traumas.
I specialize in helping clients heal from past traumas, enhance relationships, and develop coping skills for anxiety and depression. Using evidence-based practices, I tailor therapeutic techniques to the client. My goal is to assist clients in achieving well-being and fulfillment by uncovering insights, building resilience, and creating positive life changes
