I work from a psychodynamic approach, which seeks to understand symptoms rather than just manage them, views most human experiences as containing conflicting thoughts and feelings, and believes that self-honesty is fundamental to growth and healing. In practice, clients generally choose where to begin a psychodynamic session and move freely from there.

I generally meet with clients at twice a week or higher frequency, as I believe the added depth really benefits psychodynamic work. I currently have a spot open for a client to meet on Sundays and Mondays, with some flexibility with the session times and with the possibility of adding sessions as the work develops. I also prefer to meet in person.
