This type of therapy helps you with kiddos developmentally 2 to 8 years old, I will help you correct their behaviors, improve your relationship, and increase self esteem while working directly through you, you will be working simultaneously with the child.

I understand counseling as a process that helps people grow into fuller, deeper, and healthier ways of engaging with themselves and the world they live in. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through depression, anxiety, and significant life changes. I also can help those who are grieving losses to learn how to carry their loved ones' spirit and connection into the future without debilitating their daily lives. In our lives, we will experience many transitions; school, relationships, aging, medical needs, and numerous others. In our current state, Coronavirus is interrupting our lives in a major way and is likely one of our biggest challenges today. This is when mental health can become more difficult to manage. It is not unusual to experience difficult feelings during such times. We may even find that we are having severe anxiety or depression. We can work through these transitions and move beyond them to a better life. It will take work but it can be done.
