My holistic approach to psychotherapy, has allowed me to engage clients in highly effective therapy for a wide range of psychological and life adjustment concerns. My graduate and doctoral training has afforded me extensive training and experience in various evidence based modalities including CBT. To help you achieve your goals,I maintain a caring, confidential, nonjudgment therapeutic setting.

I have 13 years of progressive clinical experience in treating individuals, couples and families who struggle with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, and personality disorders to name a few.
