Although my primary way of helping others address these hardships is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is optimal for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help my clients align those elements for improved overall health.
