Hello, and welcome. I have enjoyed working with individuals and families located in the San Jose Bay Area since 2019, in the area of neurodiversity, blended families, and coparenting. As well as individuals experiencing impulsivity, anxiety, boundary setting, and pleasure-seeking behaviors. I use a strength-based approach and tailor this approach to the specific needs and goals of my clients, and I realize that no one approach is an answer for everyone. Additionally, I have experience as a first responder and can understand the challenges involved in these professions.
During our lifetime, we go through many transitions and these experiences can paralyze us causing fear of loss, disappointment, rejection, and loss of self. It has been my personal mission to help those who need help through challenges and transitions in a manner that is without judgement.
