When you've been walking along in life, doing the best you can, and it seems your best is never good enough. You're either letting yourself down or disappointing someone you care about. Regardless, the things around you just aren't going like they're supposed to. There's a statement that goes "not bad enough to leave, and not good enough to stay." Life isn't horrible and it's not great, it's just meh. And you're getting kind of tired of meh.
Inspired Life Counseling has therapists in Chico & Redding who are a little different than your average therapist. They balance being the professional in the room who has studied all the things behavior and psych related while also being humans who like to laugh, cry, and dig deep to help the other person in the room get to a new place in their life.
All the therapists have EMDRIA approved training in providing EMDR, but then there are various specialties among them. Many of us have a passion for helping teens and adults with recent diagnoses of ADHD or other neuro-spicy thinking processes. We aren't experts in the field, but because we're passionate we get additional training whenever we can find it.
