I work with teens, adults, couples, and families around anxiety, relationships, trauma, life transitions, and developmental differences. I often see professionals in high-pressure roles and individuals navigating different cultures, though my practice is not limited to this. Many clients come in struggling with self-esteem, self-criticism, codependency, and recurring relational patterns. In our work, we focus on understanding these patterns and how they developed, while working toward more effective ways of relating and responding.
My background is in early development, attachment, and developmental differences. While I no longer work with young children, this informs how I understand adult patterns, especially in relationships, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence. I use EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and the Gottman approach to help process experiences and shift patterns.
