My ideal client is an adolescent who struggles with self esteem, anxiety and depression. Someone who need a safe space to process their feelings in a nonjudgmental environment. In therapy, their goals include enhancing motivation, building self-confidence and gaining new coping skills all while having a safe space and supportive environment to process. This client wants to work on identifying their triggers, work on SMART goals, learn breathing and grounding techniques as well as other coping skills for anxiety, wants to work on enhancing self esteem and feeling empowered all to be able to function adequately on a daily basis.
I aim to create a safe space for clients to process. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy in my practice. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I am passionate about working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental and inclusive environment.
