My work also centers on mindfulness, honoring the role of faith and spirituality as meaningful pathways to healing.

With practical, solution-focused strategies of relationally-focused therapies (Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing), our work together will result in strengthened relationships, increased clarity, living in alignment with purpose, and finding peace in the present moment.

Specialities include trauma healing, anxiety and depression management, and premarital counseling. I specialize in working with entrepreneurs, first responders, creatives and teachers, as well as anyone going through transition periods in their lives. Therapy dog available upon request!
