I practice with the belief that that therapy can be a rich and vital exploration into understanding the deepest parts of our selves: the parts we like and the parts we wish to change. We all have unconscious patterns that can get in the way of living the life we want. These patterns can manifest as anxiety, depression, phobias, physical illness or pain, addiction and even rage. These symptoms can affect relationships, work, self esteem, creativity and sexuality. Change is possible when these patterns can be expressed and understood in an open and accepting space.

When life has become about getting through the day instead of actually living it, therapy can help you find your way back. Whether you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or experiences that still feel unresolved, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck. My goal isn't simply to help you cope—it's to help you feel more like yourself again, with greater confidence, peace, and room for joy.

When your child is struggling, it's easy to feel like you've tried everything and still don't know how to help. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, overwhelming emotions, behavioral challenges, or school-related stress, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with children (5+), young adults, and families to create a place where healing feels possible, emotions begin to make sense, and confidence grows. I also provide EMDR therapy for young adults ready to process trauma, reduce anxiety, and move forward without feeling defined by their past.
