Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Kincaid! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) with a Master’s in Social Work and a Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate from East Carolina University. I’m passionate about supporting kids, teens, and adults, especially those navigating developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, encouraging space. That’s why I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
