Simply Thrive Psychotherapy, PLLC has a variety of clinicians (psychologists, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and psychiatric ARNP) who provide high-quality mental health treatment in a warm, comforting environment. Our clinicians are able to provide therapeutic services aimed at addressing most mental health issues including anxiety/depression, PTSD/Trauma, OCD, relationship issues, identity development, personality and/or mood disorders, as well as suicidal and self-harming behaviors. Kyrie Benson, LMFT- I am a licensed mental health counselor associate with experience treating children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 5 and 21.I hold a Master in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology: Prevention and Treatment. My focus is treatments for youth, in trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
Catherine Gard, LMHC-A - My background includes working with pregnant woman, parenting mothers with substance use disorders, LGTBQ+ populations, cisgender, trans-women, and caregivers. I also work with a wide range of diverse populations, ages, and backgrounds.
