At Simply Mindful Solutions, we believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. Our team has worked within CPS, having specialized in Medical Neglect, Emotional Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Chronic Neglect. We have also worked within Foster Care programs, as well as Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. Our combined experience brings a wealth of assisting children of all ages and families across many different systems of care.
Our team is a group experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing CBT, TF-CBT (Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT, BFRB, EMDR, Family Focused, Internal Family Systems, Play Therapy and Sandtray Therapy

Monthly Parent Workshop- Communication Blockade
Many of us struggle with communicating with and to our children, leaving us feeling stressed, frustrated and at a loss. Not to mention, our children feel unheard. How many of us have witnessed our children say "you just don't understand me!." The workshop, "How do I blockade communication," will focus on developing and enhancing skills to improve communication between parent/caregiver and child. Roadblocks to communication will be identified, and effective communication tools will be presented. Attendees will leave with specific techniques to utilize to communicate more effectively, not only with your children, but with everyone.
