Hello! My name is TyaNisha Williams, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Each of us faces challenges in life. There are moments in our lives where we feel anxious, worn out, overwhelmed, stressed, and hopeless. I understand those moments, and I want to assist you. I want to help you identify those barriers, triggers, and patterns while helping you develop practical tools to manage life’s stressors. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to provide them with the support they need.
I work mainly with adults, utilizing individual therapy to address a range of issues, including difficulties with boundaries, self-care, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relational problems, and spirituality. My holistic, person-centered approach provides a safe and supportive environment while promoting hope, growth, healing and wellness.
