Hi, I’m Dr. Paris, and I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. With over eight years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, grief, or simply feeling stuck or emotionally drained.
Many of the people I work with are looking for balance, confidence, and a deeper sense of understanding, both of themselves and their relationships. Therapy with me is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, process difficult experiences, and learn healthier ways to cope.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical tools that support long-term growth and resilience at any stage of life.
